What we collect and why
We collect only what you type into our membership, volunteer and suggestion forms: your name, contact details, district and constituency, and the message you write. We collect this so that we can process your membership, coordinate volunteer work and reply to your suggestion or complaint.
We never ask for Aadhaar numbers, voter-card numbers, bank or financial information, passwords, or copies of identity documents through these public forms. Please do not send them to us.
We do not collect payment information, because the party does not accept online donations or payments at this stage.
Your consent
Every form requires you to tick a consent box before it can be submitted. The box is never ticked for you. When you submit, we store the fact that consent was given, the date and time it was given, the version of this Privacy Policy you agreed to, and which form it applied to.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect anything already lawfully done with your information before the request.
Who can access it and how it is protected
Submissions are stored in a secured database. Members of the public cannot read, search, export or delete any submission — not their own and not anyone else's. Access is enforced by database-level rules, not only by the website interface.
Only signed-in party staff can view records, and only within their role: Super Admin and State Admin see statewide submissions, a District Coordinator sees only the district assigned to them, and a Read-Only Reviewer can view but cannot edit, export or delete. Only a Super Admin can grant or remove staff roles; nobody can grant a role to themselves.
Staff actions — viewing, updating, exporting or deleting a record, and any change to staff roles — are written to an audit log that only a Super Admin can read.
Sharing, analytics and AI
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law. Member, volunteer and complainant details are never published on any public page of this website.
Our hosting and database provider processes this data on our behalf so the website can work. Website-usage analytics are anonymous: we do not include names, phone numbers, email addresses or form responses in any analytics event, and we do not send personal information to AI services or advertising trackers.
Retention, correction and deletion
Records are kept only as long as they are needed for party work, or as required by applicable law. Membership and volunteer records are reviewed periodically and inactive records are removed; consent records are retained as proof that consent was given.
You may ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Write to the Triangle Party of Punjab—State Office, VPO Nanaksar Kaleran, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana, Punjab–142036, India, or call +91 79018 37984 / +91 76961 66013. We will act on verified requests within thirty days.
This policy may be updated as the party's work grows. The policy version shown above changes whenever the text changes, and the version you agreed to is stored with your consent record.
